Order preparation
After payment is successfully authorized, we normally review and prepare an order in 1–2 business days. This processing period is separate from carrier travel time.
Transit and charges
Once dispatched, the expected transit window is 4–6 business days. Available service levels, costs, and the order currency are shown at checkout before purchase. Timing is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
Addresses and tracking
Please check the delivery address before submitting an order. Tracking is shared when the carrier makes it available. Weather, holidays, address issues, and carrier disruption may cause delay.
Delivery problems
For a late, lost, damaged, or delivered-but-missing parcel, email reynoldsallen4098978@gmail.com with the order number and tracking details so we can review the carrier record.
